Job Summary
Deliver nursing care and psychosocial support to older adults with complex psychiatric and somatic issues during intensive, restorative treatment. Observe and analyze changes in behavior and health, while actively participating in diagnostics, treatment plans, and complex case discussions. Motivate clients and contribute to activities that foster recovery and independence, maintaining daily communication where interaction is as vital as clinical care. Collaborate intensively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve individual admission goals and facilitate safe discharge or transition to appropriate follow-up placements.
Required Qualifications
- Een mbo-diploma Verpleegkunde
- Een geldige BIG-registratie
- Het overleggen van een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG)
Desired Qualifications
- Bij voorkeur minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring binnen de ouderenzorg en/of GGZ
- Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
- Een proactieve en teamgerichte houding
- Affiniteit met herstelgerichte zorg en het werken met ouderen met complexe psychiatrische en somatische problematiek
- Het vermogen om samen met collega's, cliënten en naasten te werken aan passende behandeldoelen en herstel
