Observe behavior and engage in clinical reasoning while conducting motivating conversations with clients to support their treatment and recovery. Maintain safety on the psychiatric ward by professionally managing tensions or crisis situations and guiding daily ward activities. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care. Begin through a 15-month GGZ traineeship covering two specialties if you have limited psychiatric experience, with opportunities to progress to FACT-teams or HBO-level roles later.
