Job Summary
Monitor the construction process from the developer's submission, ensuring works align with the approved design, construction permit, and contract deadlines. Verify that materials used match the approved project and conduct on-site material tests where necessary to confirm quality. Track the detailed construction schedule and report progress and deviations to the Technical Supervision Unit Manager. Review the project's feasibility and provide technical consulting for management aspects beyond the Project Manager's expertise. Submit periodic reports to the Technical Supervision Unit Manager.

- 15 vjeçare eksperiencë në zbatim punimesh
