MBA Strategy & Operations Intern - Rolling Application

Job Summary
Analyze virtual care and clinical navigation metrics, build internal automation tools, and support the Customer Success Program to grow platform utilization. Research new customer segments, launch sales strategies, and manage clinical outcomes research projects to improve scheduling efficiency. Guide the national network launch by mapping regulatory requirements across all fifty states and DC, while collaborating on workflow improvements at the intersection of clinical, product, engineering, and growth teams. This rolling internship targets MBA candidates from Northwestern Kellogg or UChicago Booth with 4+ years of work experience. Winter, Spring, and Fall interns commit approximately 15 hours weekly; summer interns work full-time for 10–12 weeks. The role is hybrid, with a preference for in-person presence at the Merchandise Mart office in The Loop at least one day per week.
Required Qualifications
- Current full-time MBA student at Chicago Booth or Northwestern Kellogg
- At least 4 years of full-time work experience prior to starting your MBA
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs
