Job Summary
Lead a dedicated team of engineers and designers to build privacy-sensitive products and features for Verkada’s AI-powered platform. Own pricing, go-to-market positioning, and sales training to support established channels and resellers. Gather customer feedback to prioritize feature development, deliver product documentation (PRDs, user flows, roadmaps, requirements), and measure impact on growth, retention, NPS, and engagement. Make data-driven decisions to define and optimize product pricing. Train and educate the Sales team on new features/releases and partner to close strategic accounts. Establish technology partnerships with complementary tech companies. Must be graduating from an accredited MBA program in 2026 and hold an undergraduate degree in CS/EE or similar quantitative field; minimum 3 years in a business-oriented function; strong technical credibility with engineers and customers; willingness to work onsite at HQ in San Mateo, CA. The company sponsors employment visas for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be graduating from an accredited MBA program in 2026
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar quantitative field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business-oriented function
- Strong technical understanding and ability to establish credibility with engineers and customers
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into data
- Ability to lead across strategy and execution
- Real passion for craftsmanship and product details
- Experience selling enterprise products is a bonus
