Mazda Sales reception/ sales coordinator

Greet and guide clients in the showroom and on the phone while engaging in conversation to understand their needs and manage expectations. Interact with managers and employees to ensure clients are properly taken care of, and assist with admin functions including stocking cars, handling deposits, and managing the CRM system. Be familiar with new models and off-brand used car inventory to help the sales team cultivate long-standing relationships with new clients. Work a 5-day week with up to three weeks of vacation, earning competitive hourly pay based on experience.
