Job Summary
Demonstrate new and used vehicles, including conducting test drives, and deliver vehicles to customers while ensuring they understand features, warranties, and paperwork. Identify customer needs through attentive questioning and listening to build relationships. Follow up with customers to persist in achieving sales and service goals. Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Over one year of automotive sales experience
- Track record of exceeding automotive sales and customer service goals
- Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Willingness to follow up with customers and persist in building relationships
- Valid in-state driver's license with a clean, safe driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- High school diploma or equivalent
