Job Summary
Present finance, lease, and protection options to customers while selling F&I products including service contracts, GAP, and other protection plans. Structure retail, lease, commercial, and fleet transactions and build strong lender relationships to ensure paperwork is accurate, compliant, and funded on time. Partner with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability while maintaining AFIP certification and all required licensing. This role offers $90,000-$150,000+ annual earnings, paid time off starting day one, and comprehensive health benefits. Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive F&I Manager experience
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance and lender programs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Must maintain AFIP certification and all required licensing
- Must pass pre-employment screenings including background screening, drug test, and motor vehicle record
