Job Summary
Maximo Developer - Senior Associate at PwC Acceleration Center India. You will engage in Maximo consulting, developing and implementing Maximo solutions to enhance asset management, and integrating Maximo with other enterprise systems to streamline operations and data flow. You will collaborate with clients to tailor Maximo functionalities, lead the design and architecture of Maximo applications to support field service modernization, apply middleware concepts for integrations, and mentor junior team members while managing project timelines and stakeholder feedback.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in IBM Maximo 7.6.x and IBM MAS Manage (8.x / 9.x)
- Advanced Automation Script development (multi-object scripts, launch-in-context extensions, custom MBO validation, integration event framework, and field-level scripting in JavaScript Rhino and Jython)
- Deep Integration Framework expertise (object structures, bidirectional ERP/GIS/SCADA integration, error handling, JMS queue management)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Experience developing Maximo Asset Management solutions and integrating Maximo with enterprise systems
- Knowledge of middleware architecture for application integrations
- Experience leading design and architecture of Maximo applications
- Experience working with FSM and field service mobility (benefits noted)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
