Job Summary
Assist in the analysis and implementation of Maximo software solutions to enhance client operational efficiency. Support client training and integration processes for seamless utilization of Maximo applications. Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain Maximo application integrations and middleware architecture. Engage in project management tasks to facilitate the successful deployment of Maximo solutions. Utilize IBM Maximo Asset Management to optimize asset management and operational workflows. Participate in the development of Maximo functional and technical architecture to meet client needs. Apply emerging technologies and solution architecture to improve client service delivery. Contribute to the modernization of field service and operations through innovative Maximo consulting practices. Provide client support by actively listening and responding to feedback to enhance service quality.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 - 5 years of experience
- Working knowledge of IBM Maximo 7.6.x or IBM MAS Manage (8.x / 9.x)
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Understanding of Object Structures, Publish Channels, Enterprise Services, Cron Tasks, and Escalations

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in IBM Maximo Asset Management
- Engaging in Maximo software development and integration
