Job Summary
Zone Manager needed to lead MECCA’s Maxima Chermside store in Queensland part-time (30 hours/week). Responsibilities include supporting the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, leading from the front to drive store success, engaging and motivating the team to meet KPIs, and coaching team members. Requires prior experience in managing large retail teams, a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and availability for late evenings and weekends.
