Job Summary
The Maui Bus Driver is responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for customers. This role includes performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, assisting passengers, and communicating effectively with dispatch and passengers. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, adhere to DOT regulations, and have experience handling complex issues. A valid Driver’s License Class B with P Endorsement and compliance with the company Substance Abuse Policy are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Completed training to perform various routes
- Able to read, speak and understand English
- Driver’s License Class B with P Endorsement
- Hawaii Driver History Record
- PUC (Physical Examination, Medical Clearance Card)
