Job Summary
LPN providing psychiatric/mental health nursing to residents in a residential setting; performs assessments, develops and evaluates care plans, administers medications, conducts clinical interventions, manages crises, documents care, educates residents and families, and coordinates with an interdisciplinary team. Weekend part-time shifts (8am-4pm or 4pm-12am) with a focus on safe, compassionate, and comprehensive care for residents with psychiatric disorders; strong clinical skills, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and adherence to policies are required.
Required Qualifications
- PA LPN license
- Experience with chronically mentally ill adults in a residential setting
