Job Summary
Act as a subject matter expert for in vivo oncology pharmacology, serving as the primary scientific contact for European clients. Support business development by identifying and shaping new project opportunities, translating client requirements into tailored scientific proposals and solutions. Collaborate closely with internal and global scientific teams to stay aligned on capabilities, while providing scientific input and training to internal teams involved in client interactions. Represent Crelux at scientific conferences and industry events, gathering market and client insights to support service development and innovation. Participate in client meetings and technical discussions to ensure clear communication of scientific concepts.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or MD in Oncology, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in oncology research and drug development
- Strong expertise in in vivo pharmacology models
- Experience in client-facing or advisory roles within CRO, pharma, or biotech
- Deep understanding of oncology drug discovery (target validation to preclinical development)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts clearly
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments
- High level of initiative, organization, and adaptability
- Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally internationally
