Job Summary
Build strong relationships with store teams and act as a brand ambassador for Mattel and FP Brands. Secure prime product placements by unpacking cases, merchandising products on the sales floor, and constructing or deconstructing store fixtures. Implement Point of Purchase materials, execute special projects including store events, and complete reports such as store surveys. Train and lead team associates while providing real-time business insights and handling administrative tasks like expense management and meetings. Work up to 30 hours per week during daytime hours with occasional weekend coverage, traveling between assigned locations within a 20-mile radius of Winston-Salem, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Available to work daytime hours during the week
- Occasional required weekends
- Access to reliable internet access
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to between assigned store locations
- Reside within approximately 20 miles of Winston-Salem, NC 27106
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach
- Ability to walk for long periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders up to 12' tall
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to push/pull carts containing product - occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Ability to operate power tools (screwdriver & drill)
