Job Summary
Build strong relationships with store teams, secure prime product placements for Mattel's iconic brands, and unpack cases of various toys. Merchandise and organize product on the sales floor, construct and deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking, and implement Point of Purchase materials. Execute special projects including store events, complete reports and store surveys, and train and lead team associates. Provide real-time business insights and manage administrative tasks such as expenses, meetings, and trainings. Work up to 30 hours per week during daytime hours with occasional weekend coverage, traveling between assigned store locations within the South Jordan, UT territory.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Available to work daytime hours during the week; occasional required weekends
- Access to reliable internet access
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to between assigned store locations
- Reside within approximately 20 miles of South Jordan, UT 84095 or otherwise able to reliably service the assigned territory
- Must be able to stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach
- Must be able to walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb ladders up to 12' tall
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to push/pull carts containing product - occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Must be able to operate power tools (screwdriver & drill)
