Job Summary
Unpack cases of various Mattel toys, merchandise and organize product on the sales floor, and construct and deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking. Build strong relationships with store teams, secure prime product placements for Mattel's iconic brands, and implement Point of Purchase materials. Execute special projects as assigned including store events, complete reports including store surveys, and train and lead team associates. Provide real-time business insights and handle administrative tasks such as managing expenses, attending meetings, and checking email. Work up to 30 hours per week during daytime hours with occasional weekend coverage, traveling between assigned store locations within approximately 20 miles of North Reading, MA or Wilmington, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Available to work daytime hours during the week; occasional required weekends
- Access to reliable internet access
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to between assigned store locations
- Reside within approximately 20 miles of North Reading, MA 01864, Wilmington, MA 01887 to reliably service the assigned territory
- Must be able to stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach
- Must be able to walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb ladders up to 12' tall
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to push/pull carts containing product - occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Must be able to operate power tools (screwdriver & drill)
