Job Summary
Build strong relationships with store teams and act as a brand ambassador for Mattel products. Secure prime product placements, unpack cases of toys, and merchandise and organize product on the sales floor. Construct and deconstruct store fixtures, implement Point of Purchase materials, and execute special projects including store events. Complete reports, train team associates, and provide real-time business insights while managing administrative tasks. Work up to 30 hours per week during daytime hours with occasional weekend coverage, residing within 20 miles of Catharpin, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Available to work daytime hours during the week
- Occasional required weekends
- Access to reliable internet access
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to between assigned store locations
- Reside within approximately 20 miles of Catharpin, VA 20143
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach
- Ability to walk for long periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders up to 12' tall
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to push/pull carts containing product - occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Ability to operate power tools (screwdriver & drill)
