Job Summary
Unpack cases of various Mattel toys, merchandise and organize product on the sales floor, and construct or deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking. Implement Point of Purchase materials, execute special projects such as Store Events, and complete reports including store surveys. Build strong relationships with store teams, train and lead team associates, and provide real-time business insights while handling administrative tasks like managing expenses and attending meetings. Work up to 30 hours per week during daytime hours, with occasional weekend coverage required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Available to work daytime hours during the week
- Occasional required weekends
- Access to reliable internet access
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to between assigned store locations
- Reside within approximately 20 miles of Allentown, PA 18104
- Stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach
- Walk for long periods of time
- Climb ladders up to 12' tall
- Lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Push/pull carts containing product - occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Operate power tools (screwdriver & drill)
Desired Qualifications
