Matrix Manager

Manage a large Desjardins-wide program or project by defining scope, roadmap, and strategic direction while ensuring deliveries stay on schedule. Prioritize initiatives based on strategic objectives, align with stakeholders across the Desjardins Group, and manage tie-ins between cross-sector capabilities. Oversee human resources, performance, and reporting, including defining KPIs, action plans, and change management for transformation. Carefully manage financial performance and risks to ensure expected benefits are delivered while representing the program before decision-making bodies. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, ten years of experience, and French proficiency.
