Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on dies, including in-line and shop repairs, while diagnosing stamping tool failures. Operate conventional machinery such as lathes, milling machines, drills, and grinders to execute machining tasks when required. Interpret GD&T reports, review production schedules and inventory to prioritize work, and prepare activity reports and work orders. Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on scrap reduction and process optimization, ensuring all tools and equipment remain in optimal condition while adhering to established safety, quality, and environmental standards. Requires 6 to 9 years of experience in die maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
