Job Summary
Host online maths and English tutoring sessions, managing the full session flow from welcome to parent feedback. Provide session updates to parents after each 1:1 meeting and ensure safeguarding compliance by reporting any concerns to your line manager. Share operational insights with your manager to maintain member satisfaction. Complete required training modules including Prodeceo online safeguarding and enhanced customer-facing communication skills before joining the Explore at Home team. Sessions run at specific times with a minimum 8-hour weekly commitment, requiring a private space with stable high-speed internet and a dedicated device.
Required Qualifications
- A grade 6 or above in maths and English Language GCSE (or equivalent)
- To be age 17 or over
- To have a right to work in the UK and be living in the UK for the duration of your employment
- Have more than 8 hours availability during our opening times (after school and weekends)
- To have access to a laptop or desktop computer with stable internet connection during tuition sessions - minimum 5mbps upload and 10mbps download speed
