Job Summary
Teach and tutor students in the Mathnasium MethodTM to make math engaging for 2nd–12th graders. Collaborate with peers to deliver personalized instruction in a group setting, monitor student progress and engagement, and adapt to digital/tech-enabled learning while maintaining a safe, professional learning environment. Training will prepare you to deliver instruction and support students as they build confidence in mathematics; must be able to work part-time at Mathnasium of Lakeland Highlands."
Required Qualifications
- Passion for math
- Interpersonal skills
- Willingness to be trained
- Strong math skills up to Algebra I
- Ability to pass math literacy test
- Valid work authorization
- Background check clearance
