Job Summary
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule employees while building a positive, accountable culture. Conduct student assessments, create personalized learning plans, and ensure exceptional educational experiences. Welcome families, communicate progress, and respond to new leads to guide enrollment conversations. Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, and technology while monitoring performance metrics to achieve enrollment and retention goals. Build local partnerships and develop future leaders. Manage Sunday afternoon and weekday evening shifts with performance-based bonuses and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Background check
- Math assessment
- Comfortable with math through Algebra II
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
- Sunday afternoons 12:30-5:30 PM, M-TH 12:00-8:00 PM and Fridays 12:00-3:00 PM
