Job Summary
Conduct Upper School Mathematics instruction for temporary leave replacement covering November 2, 2026, through April 5, 2027. Create and communicate well-organized, meaningful, and creative lesson plans that incorporate teaching strategies to maximize student learning. Demonstrate collaboration and collegiality within the faculty team while fostering a growth mindset in students. This role supports Harker's mission to educate students for college and beyond through intellectual curiosity and personal accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the subject area taught
- Three+ years of teaching experience in relevant subject areas and appropriate grade-level division
- Ability to create and communicate well-organized, meaningful, and creative lesson plans that thoughtfully incorporate teaching strategies to further and maximize student learning
- Demonstrates collaboration, collegiality, and organization
