Mathematics Teacher - SY 26/27

Mathematics Teacher for SY 26/27 in Hathorne, MA. Provide instruction in Mathematics per the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks with emphasis on Algebra, Geometry, and higher-level mathematics. Required licensure by DESE as a Teacher (Mathematics 8-12) and satisfactory CORI, SAFIS, DCF check and SORI. Bilingual preferred. Reports to the STEAM Coordinator and collaborates within the Content Department to develop resources and modify assignments based on IEP accommodations/modifications. Responsibilities include documenting student performance and behavior, integrating technology, communicating with parents, participating in conferences, and providing content support outside the general education classroom as needed. Maintain documentation of student progress and contribute to department meetings and curriculum planning. Demonstrates knowledge of students’ IEPs and coordinates with special educators when required. Accept additional responsibilities as directed by the Principal or Designee.
