Job Summary
The Classroom Teacher plans, guides, and evaluates the learning process for Mathematics & Science instruction in a Catholic school setting, focusing on curriculum-aligned instruction, varied assessment methods, and effective communication with parents and staff. Responsible for planning instruction with objectives, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining records, applying disciplinary standards, collaborating with the school community, and upholding Catholic educational philosophy and Gospel values. Requires ability to work with others, manage multiple tasks, and utilize technology to support student learning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited American university, required
- Must meet the minimum requirements for teaching field as set forth by the Diocese and TCCB ED.
- Must be willing and open to understanding Catholic teachings, preferred practicing Catholic in good standing.
