Job Summary
Deliver daily, small-group math tutoring during the school day and build strong relationships with students to support growth and close opportunity gaps. Track student progress with data-informed instruction, collaborate with teachers and school leaders, and foster a positive, student-centered learning environment. Requires 18+ years old, US work authorization with no visa sponsorship, enrollment in a degree program or an associate’s degree completed, English proficiency, ability to commit through the school year, and reliable commuting to the assigned school location. This role is a full-time Math Fellow focused on expanding access to high-quality math instruction in Saint Louis, MO with compensation at $20/hour and bi-weekly pay; benefits may include paid leave and professional development for eligible full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Age 18 or older
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- Current enrollment in a degree program, prior enrollment, or completion of at least an associate’s degree
- English proficiency
- Ability to commit through the end of the school year
- Successful completion of required background screenings
- Ability to reliably commute to school location based on assigned schedule
