Job Summary
Math Tutor at Mathnasium—assist students in kindergarten through high school with math instruction using the Mathnasium MethodTM at the center in Snoqualmie, WA. Responsibilities include delivering both classroom-style and one-on-one tutoring, leveraging a proprietary curriculum, and undergoing ongoing training and assessments to ensure student progress. Required Qualifications
- Strong math proficiency through calculus
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Classroom and/or one-on-one mathematics teaching experience is a plus
- Desire to work through the entire school year is required
- Training in the Mathnasium MethodTM
- Ability to participate in background check
- Math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency
- Work authorization
