Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for K-3 students, conducting skill assessments and entering scores into data software. Facilitate 20–30 minute practice groups of up to three students daily, tracking progress and meeting regularly with the school's on-site coach. Provide encouragement and celebrate student growth while committing to your own development through coaching and training. Track attendance and follow instructions to ensure all students receive support.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
