Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for K-3 students in groups of up to three, providing 20–30 minutes of math practice daily. Conduct skill assessments, enter student scores into data software, and track progress by meeting regularly with the school's on-site coach. Help students return to their classrooms between groups and encourage their growth throughout the 2026-27 school year. Commit to personal development through coaching and training while sharing experience with the community.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
