Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for K-3 students in groups of up to three, conducting skill assessments and entering scores into data software. Track student progress through regular meetings with the on-site coach and follow a daily schedule to ensure support is delivered before returning students to their classrooms. Commit to personal growth by completing training and coaching while sharing your experience with the community. Serve full-time from Monday through Friday during daytime hours for the 2026-27 school year, with part-time options available. Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
