Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions with groups of up to three students for 20–30 minutes daily, conducting skill assessments and entering scores into data software. Track student progress, meet regularly with the on-site coach, and encourage learners as they build confidence. Commit to personal growth through coaching and training while sharing your experience with the community. Serve as a caring adult at Toney Elementary School during daytime hours from Monday through Friday for the 2026-27 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
