Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for small groups of up to 3 students, conducting 20–30 minute math practice blocks daily at local schools. Track student progress, perform skill assessments, and enter scores into data software while following a strict schedule to ensure consistent support. Meet regularly with the school's on-site coach and commit to personal growth through ongoing training and coaching. Share your experience with the community as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
