Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions with groups of up to three students for 20–30 minutes daily, conducting skill assessments and entering scores into data software. Track student progress by meeting regularly with the school's on-site coach and follow a schedule to ensure consistent support. Commit to personal growth through coaching and training while sharing your experience with the community. Serve as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive, encouraging and celebrating their progress. Positions run August 2026–June 2027 for the 2026-27 school year, with full-time roles at 35 hours per week or part-time at 25 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
