Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for groups of up to three students, conducting skill assessments and entering scores into data software. Provide 20–30 minutes of math practice daily, then transition students back to their classrooms to repeat the cycle until all groups are served. Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach while committing to personal growth through coaching and training. Share your experience with the community as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive. Schedule runs August 2026–June 2027 for 35 hours per week during daytime Monday–Friday hours.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
