Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for K-3 students in groups of up to three, conducting skill assessments and entering scores into data software. Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach while following a schedule to ensure consistent support. Commit to your own growth through coaching and training, and share your experience with the community. Help students build math skills and confidence during daytime hours from Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
