Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for K-3 students in small groups of up to three, conducting 20–30 minutes of math practice daily. Guide students through proven activities, track their progress, and enter scores into data software. Meet regularly with the school's onsite coach to ensure support aligns with the schedule. Commit to personal growth through coaching and training while encouraging student confidence and celebrating their achievements.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
