Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for up to three students daily, conducting 20–30 minute math practice groups while tracking progress and entering scores into data software. Meet regularly with the school's on-site coach to review assessments and share your experience with the community. Commit to your own growth through coaching and training while following a schedule to ensure consistent student support. This role serves as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive, with opportunities to celebrate their growing confidence and skills.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
