Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for up to three students daily, conducting 20–30 minute math practice groups while tracking progress and entering scores into data software. Follow a schedule to ensure consistent support, assist students in returning to their classrooms, and complete skill assessments. Commit to personal growth through regular coaching and training, while maintaining dependability and following instructions to help children thrive. Serve as a caring adult focused on encouraging student confidence and celebrating their growth throughout the 2026–27 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
