Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for groups of up to three students, providing 20–30 minutes of math practice daily. Conduct skill assessments, enter scores into data software, and track student progress through regular meetings with the on-site coach. Return students to their classrooms between groups and repeat until all students are served. Commit to personal growth through coaching and training while sharing your experience with the community. Serve as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive during the 2026-27 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
