Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for groups of up to 3 students, conducting 20–30 minutes of math practice daily and returning students to their classrooms between groups. Track student progress by performing skill assessments and entering scores into data software while meeting regularly with the school's on-site coach. Commit to your own growth through coaching and training, and share your experience with the community as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive. Serve as a Math Tutor for the 2026-27 school year (August–June) in a part-time or full-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
