Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for groups of up to three students, providing 20–30 minutes of math practice daily to help them build skills and confidence. Track student progress by conducting skill assessments and entering scores into data software while following a schedule to ensure consistent support. Meet regularly with the school's on-site coach and commit to your own growth through coaching and training. You will encourage student success, share your experience with the community, and serve as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive. This part-time role runs Monday through Friday during daytime hours for the 2026-27 school year, with opportunities to work 35 or 25 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
