Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for groups of up to three students, conducting skill assessments and entering scores into data software. Track student progress by meeting regularly with the school's on-site coach and follow a schedule to ensure support is delivered daily. Encourage students as they build confidence and share your experience with the community. Commit to personal growth through coaching and training while maintaining dependability and good attendance. This part-time role runs Monday through Friday during daytime hours for the 2026-27 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
