Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for small groups of up to three students, providing 20–30 minutes of math practice daily while following a strict schedule. Conduct skill assessments, enter student scores into data software, and track progress by meeting regularly with the on-site coach. Encourage and support student growth throughout the 2026-27 school year, which runs from August to June. Commit to your own development through coaching and training while sharing your experience with the community.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
- Monday-Friday (no weekends)
