Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for groups of up to 3 students, providing 20–30 minutes of math practice daily while encouraging skill growth and confidence. Follow a school schedule to serve all assigned students, then transition between groups until the roster is complete. Track student progress by conducting skill assessments and entering scores into data software, while meeting regularly with the on-site coach. Commit to personal development through coaching and training, and share your experience with the community. Serve as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive during the 2026-27 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
