Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for groups of up to 3 students, providing 20–30 minutes of math practice daily. Track student progress, conduct skill assessments, and enter scores into data software while following a schedule to ensure consistent support. Meet regularly with the school's on-site coach and commit to your own growth through coaching and training. Encourage and celebrate student growth as they build skills and confidence. Dependable with good attendance, proficient in basic computer skills, and fluent in English. Full-time positions run 35 hours per week from August 2026 to May 2027; part-time options available at 25 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
