Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for groups of up to 3 students during 20–30 minute math practice blocks, ensuring each student receives support before returning to their classroom. Track student progress by conducting skill assessments and entering scores into data software while meeting regularly with the school's onsite coach. Commit to personal growth through coaching and training, and share your experience with the community. You will be a caring adult focused on helping students thrive, encouraged to celebrate their growth as they build skills and confidence.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
