Job Summary
Math Teacher position (Full Time, 10 months) providing a broad range of teaching services to a targeted audience under limited supervision of the Principal. Develops lesson plans and instructional materials, differentiates instruction to meet diverse learner needs, and assesses student progress using multiple methods. Maintains effective classroom management, communicates with parents, upholds district policies and health/safety requirements, and participates in professional development and collaboration with staff. Aligns instruction with the North Carolina Standard Course of Study and integrates technology to maximize student learning. Requires NC Teaching License or qualifications to obtain one.
Required Qualifications
- NC Teaching License in appropriate subject area or qualifications to obtain NC teaching license
