Job Summary
Provide engaging lesson plans conforming to the charter's curriculum and collaborate with staff to determine instructional goals, objectives, and methods. Prepare students for standardized tests while maintaining excellent classroom management and utilizing analytics to drive instruction. Deliver content with strong pedagogical knowledge and welcome regular feedback to implement improvements immediately. The role requires NYS certification, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and fingerprint clearance.
